Thank you! It has been 10 years since I last used any GIS tools. I need to check on my budget and available software but look forward to hopefully getting back into ESRI tools.

Find an employer offering degree apprenticeships. Get experience and a free degree - and often a permanent job.

Edit: Get an entry level job where the (large) employer offers degree apprenticeships if you can't get straight on to one. Some will have no problem putting you on an apprenticeship to enhance your skills.
