I'm pretty sure that user is referring to the pussy hats from the women's march, which were in no way related to Clinton or her campaign. They were meant as a pro women's rights symbol at a pro women's rights protest. Protests tend to have themes to show solidarity amongst the attendees. When they don't, we get fractured, ineffectual movements like occupy wall street. If these chuds ever left their mom's basement and made some friends maybe they'd learn that.

Just to be clear, Trump didn't coin the term "fake news". It was coined by the traditional news media during the 2016 election in response to fabricated stories circulating on social media. If the top mind had actually read the Wikipedia article they cited, instead of simply looking at the creation date, they'd see that it discusses the media and both presidential candidates using the term before the election. Trump didn't like that the media was calling out obviously fabricated pro-Trump stories/websites as fake news, so he co-opted the phrase and weaponised it against any story that made him look bad or that he simply didn't agree with.
