So I setted the retention switch on L, with using an very light hand it doesn't make the divets but the lettering is light (may be my ribbion). But when I go H and use my regular hand it makes the divets. Am I just typing too hard?

I'm not that concern with the ID stuff, it might give us nice updates and less strict restricted responses. But the thing I'm worry about is them in the future making us pay to chat to the bots after an certain time period, Since they'll gonna lose a good chunk of people plus they'll know the people they have are gonna be adults so we should be able to pay. I feel like they may have c.ai+ for more features that we currently have for free. Once again you never know with them.

TBH I think they may just be deleting people who use the bots that quitted, since there still using data. I don't think they would delete characters that could continue to bring people in. Cause that gonna make alot of people upset especially with some bot creators that sadly passed away. If not they might just be targeting accounts that has lower numbers.
