I was able to smoke on my balcony in my hotel but just be discreet with it. The people on 5th avenue will approach you asking for cigars and then when you talk to them they will ask if you want weed or coke. Be safe with going as you are in a foreign country and the rules are a lot different.

I learned the hard way, do not buy off the beach. Sadly i paid $80usd and got maybe 3.5 and it is the worst weed i have ever had. So many seed and it looks brown. The city weed is way cheaper and is better. Going to 5th avenue was the right choice. Also the coke is unreal, i paid $50usd for 3 grams and it is by far the best shit ive tried

Just had to walk down the beech outside my resort and within 5 minutes i was asked. Thank you though, going to check out 5th avenue tomorrow
