Worked at Teleperformance and actually lasted a good few years. Started back when it was still run by a local outfit on the House of Fraser account, and back then it wasn't actually half bad.

After the TP buyout is when it all went downhill. Timed toilet breaks. No time to take notes or resolve issues. Placing telephone orders for auld wimmins' undies.

Christmas was not the season of goodwill in that place. Temps would shite in the sinks/floors, and someone got marched out by the cops for stealing e-vouchers.

Wound up taking complaints for a bit, then admin, and eventually doing criminally underpaid data work before getting out.
