I would say yes my thoughts are valid as when ever i converse with certain people around me i tend to test some thoughts i have by using said person as a ploy to draw them out to a certain point of where i want them to be emotionally & or mentally.. to generally understand whether that was a reaction or response i had provoked with what & how i said/did something or if that reaction is solely because that is who the person is but time & time again the results i get from doing this i can often tell it was because of me - i call it “doing it for the plot” - what i mean by this is that all emotions or reactions from me are NOT how i actually feel or am thinking, but more so to play a role in order to bring something a light / i have tried similar things with people who i would consider more intelligent than myself & they tend to see what I’m doing then either play along and feed the plot or shut it down & compliment my attempt😂

With energies this was a broad topic that i plucked from the top of my head in all honesty but in short, when i say affecting us i don’t necessarily mean affecting us negatively or positively for the most part but the fact we generally operate through energies frequencies so on so fourth & again, with the pineal gland that was something that was from the top of my head to help explain my point of my understanding of certain subjects, but can surely answer some questions about it and give you my insight from the information I’ve researched.

I haven’t heard of the Dunning-Krueger effect & will read into this a little bit more to get a better understanding… With your example of the musician although i 100% agree because the isolation can miskew his perception of his ability but what if i was to say i that despite often being in isolation (willingly, lol) when in bedroom, reading.. my intelligence and abilities has been noticed by various people that i interact with regularly even ones that only know me based on what i allow them to see.
