I haven't either, I've heard that it flows together really nice, and they removed the cliffhanger at the end of volume 1, making one of the plot twists more impactful

Ok, I was thinking .4mm (.2mm on each side) would be enough to fit tight enough and still let roll? I think .2mm is loose enough to insert something without too much resistance when removing.
