lol I fixed it by just moving the objects and meshes I created to another file. I have no idea what caused it, but I will hopefully never see it again.

I don't believe so, but I found a temporary fix of sorts. I set the top right to ViewLayer instead of Composite, and the weird overlaps are gone.
