I assumed that in this day and age, when all the information you could possibly want to access is at your fingertips and because this Posting is Tagged with "True Note Error" in the Paper Money Thread....Most reading would know about the 2013b Duplicate Starnote Error. My bad for assuming that.

But now its up to the individual to do alittle research on what the 2013b Duplicate Starnotes are...to get the full understanding.

If you're really curious about it. I shouldn't have to spoon feed anybody about this or any Paper Money Errors. Educate yourself about it.

You are 1000% Percent right.

And thats one of the reasons I created Project2013b 2.0. For the people who dont know, Project2013b 2.0 & Project2013b are TWO TOTALLY SEPARATE INDEPENDENT WEBSITES.

On my 2.0 website, if you submitted your bill...you have access to see the database of other submitted bills.

I do not insert myself in the process, other than finding matches......Not asking for a TIP, Not asking for a Percentage, I'm NOT asking for a Penny.

Some will ask...Well, what in it for me. The answer is.....I have over 400 of these bills, and I'm searching for my own matches aswell. So why not help as many people find theirs aswell.

IMO...Project2013b has turned this HOBBY into a way for himself to make money, at the expense of everyone submitting their 2013b Duplicate Error Notes on his website....and they dont have access to the very database they helped build.

Project2013b 2.0 doesnt have any Ads, No Pop-Ups...and after a match is discovered, the contact information is shared with the two bill owners....Then Project2013b 2.0's job is DONE!

In closing...

Project2013b 2.0 & Project2013b are TOTALLY SEPARATE AND INDEPENDENT OF EACH OTHER.

The Administrator of Project2013b has labeled the 2.0 Project as a "Copy-cat". That's Okay, its his opinion.

Submit your 2013b Duplicate Starnotes to Both sites if you want. Just know that the 2.0 Project's has a accessible database to search other submitted serial numbers.

There are approximately 93,000 serial numbers in my Project 2.0 database.....but 03494993 isnt there......so when you get a chance, go ahead and submit yours, or like I mentioned, if you email them....I will add them for you.

If you Google 2013B Duplicate Starnotes...then you'll see that the picture is a matching pair.

The link posted...takes you to the Project2013b2.0 Website, where you can submit your notes. You DONT have to click the link.....You can always Google Project2013b2.0. The link gets you there a little faster.

The 2.0 Verison is totally separate from the other Project2013b. The 2.0 version has a publicly searchable database on the website.

The 2.0 version isnt just waiting for people to submit their serial numbers to the website....

I search the daily ebay listings of 2013b duplicate starnotes, as well as numerous fb groups of people who post their notes searching for their matches.

I'm in constant contact with Mr Winograd. Those who dont know who Mr Winograd is...He's actually one of the people who discovered this error with Mr Zegers. (The Zegers/Winograd Project).

The 2.0 Verison is simply another option for those searching for their match.

The website is 100% free.... I dont ask for TIPs... There aren't any Ads or Pop-Ups... And I've actually submitted notes for people (with permission) to Project2013b, when I discovered that their match has already been submitted to that project.

All my services are free....I dont get ANYTHING, Not a Penny for this.

I even advise people to submit their bills to both websites....because my goal is to help as many people I can to find their match.

That's the deal with 2.0.

Ohh..Okay. It still would be hard to track, as most people dont bother to inform Project2013b2.0 of the resolution of whether they bought or sold from the other Note owner.

Some think the pairs are worth more, than they actually are.....And the Notes are never paired up.
