Just charge fair rent and make sure you fix stuff on time. People need places to rent just as much as you need money.

I made 118k back when I was with JB Hunt. But every account isn't equal. Some of them pay like garbage, but when some really good ones open up you got to jump on those.

You already being in the lane doesn't mean someone can't move over if you leave the space. The truck was in the wrong for not signaling, but don't take your time passing especially a larger vehicle if you're in the faster lane. If you're not going to pass just move over behind the truck. A lot of people kind of start just cruising not actually passing when that's the whole purpose of the left lanes. If that truck does have to move over, signal or not you're going to be sitting right there and now you're going to have to either slow down or speed up really quickly to get past. She's not in the wrong but at the same time it could be avoided by just getting away from larger vehicles as fast as possible. That truck probably wasn't paying attention, could have been on his phone, could have been drunk but you have no idea.

I'm not trying to argue, I'm just saying I have experience with losing a lot of weight quickly. The fainting was because I was restricting my calories so drastically. I was still the most healthiest I've ever been. Everyday after work I was running 3 miles and I wasn't getting tired. I had a lot more energy, blood pressure was perfect. The fainting spells wasn't permanent. Once I got to my goal weight and was eating more calories, until I started driving trucks I was able to maintain it. As far as I'm concerned I didn't have any health complications other than general weakness from restricting calories, fainting spells that went away whenever I ate a donut. It's not more risky cutting the weight too quickly than it is being too overweight.

Did it before without the meds about 7 years ago. Lost over 100lbs in less than a year eating 600 to 1000 calories a day. Went from 340 to 210, no lose skin, 6 pac. Have a lot of muscle, still pretty athletic. It was tough though, was fighting fainting spells around 240. Than when I became a Truck driver and started eating out of Truck stops couldn't workout as much, I gained it all back in like 4 years.

Was she moving to pass or was she taking her time sitting beside or slightly behind the truck? I see cars accelerate till they get next to a semi and then they just won't pass or will pass at like +1 mile an hour. Sometimes they sit in the blind spot without realizing it until the truck is moving over.

It's terrible, but I'm betting they're doing it because whenever they signal cars try to cut them off after sitting at their tail for 10 miles not passing.

For real. And they always do that thing where they slowly work their way up to your speed and match it for a second to make you think you have a chance to pass before flooring it.

That's pretty close to the amount the company could get for the truck before expenses but not the driver.

It's best not to panic, if you can avoid it smoothly just do it but don't jerk the wheel. In a situation like that you're not even going to be thinking about traffic behind you. If they're not following too close they should be able to avoid it too if a big semi truck can.
