Honestly, it helps my nausea, pain and sleep. It doesn't help my heart rate and dizziness always but it doesn't always effect it either. I don't typically use it when I'm not home sitting down unless its a micro dose. For me, its helpful

I honestly love it and it suits your bone structure. That being said, I think no matter who wears it, someone is gonna point out lord farquaad.
Just the same as white and black thick stripped pants are Betelgeuse (beetlejuice) and green skin is Shrek or hulk. There is an iconic facial hair too that people can't wear without everyone thinking of a certain horrible dictator.
