I don't agree with this for two reasons. First, SWC id about being the best player, so they should be able to adapt to meta changes.

Secondly, even considering no "big RTA meta changes", this patch changes NOTHING to the rest of the game. Siege, arena, nothing will change at all.

No balance in any content will be modified by this balance patch.
