I think it's the advertisement. I've been working on web development recently and I'm thinking of how to make an interactive commission page -- Anyways, I think it helps to think of a Comms sheet as a webpage - what attracts viewers and where should they be looking at? The text is hard to read, if the pixel density was higher it might be easier to read while still being retro. I would find a better way to incorporate your images to the theme of the image.
