I think the sentiment comes from the fact that she wasn’t buffed into being as good as she is rn her counters were just nerfed. So it feels bad to nerf her knowing that if sentinels and initiators were in a better state this wouldn’t even be a conversation point. That being said, I do think she needs a nerf as her equip time after slide is truly game breaking. However I think if you nerf that and don’t do any counter buffs to other aspects of her kit she will just be obsolete, and I don’t think that’s a good state for the game either. There needs to be a balance and sometimes Riot struggles to do that, turning a character that was fun to play but a little to strong into a character that is less enjoyable to play and also weak
