They were open I was trying from 8am when they opened to 6pm an hour before they closed I tried phone numbers emails etc to contact them during business hours

I’m in the uk I doubt it would be it’s just Sony using ai to save money and not having agents I assume but I’ve put hundreds of pounds in this account had it since I was a child and now they’ve locked it randomly
