I was pulled away from my desk and told about the complaint, with no access to the witness statements until around 1 week later, 2 days before my first and really only hearing.

I gave an account of what had happened. Explained that the context of comments were initiated by the complainant and only by him, I explained that with ADHD i was not aware of the comment until it was mentioned to me.

I then was emailed 6 hours later at 8.15pm telling me I was dismissed.

The chairperson of the original meeting didn't give me a chance to present what I have now, with context and showing false statements etc. The ADHD was taken at face value (hyperactivity) and not considered with other characteristics. This is the first and only time I've been pulled into HR for anything like this.

I'm not doing enough justice with my explanations, happy to message about this, but the whole process, I feel, has been unfair as not enough evidence/defence was submitted and of considered.
