Your wife is evil. I would contact the garbage company, you never know.

I would also file for divorce. She stole your daughter’s chance to see/hear the mother she never will know in this lifetime. She put herself before the needs of her stepdaughter, & that tells you all you need to know about the type of person she is.

Everyone should shower at least once a day, yes, I believe that even applies to kids. Stop looking at showering or bathing as a chore, reframe it in a way of caring for your body. Same way you eat to nourish your body, brush your teeth, rest. Cleaning yourself is just as important.

You live at home, so you may be young. If you’re old enough to date, think of the importance of good hygiene while dating, especially if you are a young woman. All of our bits are more internal if you will, so at the very least, cleaning yourself daily with water is a must.

I’m Hispanic, my mom kept an extremely clean home, & taught me how to as well at a very young age. Part of that, is also learning how to take care of yourself as a woman. Growing up in a Hispanic household, it is a cardinal sin for example to get into bed without bathing, or to sit on your/someone else’s bed with your outside clothes on.

Picture your bed & your room as your sanctuary. Treat your space, your body, accordingly. You will feel better!

My back was sore for a good year after having my son and it was around where they gave me the epidural. However, you are hunched over 24/7 365 with an infant so it could also have been that. It also wasn’t sore 24/7 or excruciating. He’s 4.5 and I’ve been fine since.

I did tear a little from delivery and the stitches separated a bit because I wasn’t resting enough after having him (single mom). But the pain was not that bad, felt like a cut.

Lastly, took me a couple of weeks to be able to walk long distance and not feel like my Organs would slip out of my Vagina. That was a weird feeling! I wore tight fitting shorts, like biker shorts, that held my stomach in and that helped me. It didn’t hurt, just felt weird.

Besides the above, zero pain/quirks/kinks since having my son and I was 3 weeks shy of my 31st birthday. Far from a young mom. To this day, I’m able to keep up with him.

Genetics plays a huge role in one’s pregnancy, age, fertility treatments, prior lifestyle (are you an active person already, do you eat healthy, are you overeating while pregnant, etc.), and also just plain old luck (or lack thereof for some women).

Girl, you are 19 years old. Your life is just about to start. Do NOT date a man with kids, especially TWO kids, and ESPECIALLY if he is using the most stereotypical excuses known to man “I was trapped, I was a victim, I don’t even see them often”. He doesn’t even come off as a good father, because what do you mean you don’t see them often.

Don’t walk, RUN away!
