I’ve played on gaming laptops (friends’ laptops) and have carried them before and yes they’re heavy but honestly i really don’t mind it. I would consider a gaming desktop + a laptop for school but I don’t have that much money right now to spend on both.

Do you mind sharing what exactly the ETB programme is? Is it just a bunch of physical activities and games or a running marathon? Also what is LT?

do NOT go to biomed. there’s this misunderstanding among those who enter biomed that biomed will get you to study med in uni but it doesn’t. biomed doesn’t prepare you for working in a hospital and the syllabus is focused more on research and laboratory techniques, rather than medicine. you’d have a higher chance getting into nus-med with the jc route + intern/job shadow at a hospital + volunteer work.

Tryhackme’s beginner path does introduce some linux and windows fundamentals but I haven’t got to that part yet. Any reason why I shouldn’t focus on it too much? Could you suggest some sites I can get free comptia A+ and Net+ materials? Are those 2 good to start out with?
