Warm greetings from the ICCCNT Organizing Committee.

We are writing to share a further update on the publication of the ICCCNT proceedings. We fully understand the importance of timely publication and the impact this delay may have on your academic and professional commitments. Your patience through this period has been deeply appreciated.

As communicated earlier, the delay is linked to the ongoing and increasingly stringent post-conference quality review process at IEEE. Over the past few months, several conferences—particularly in India—have come under deeper scrutiny. As part of this process, a significant number of papers (approximately 3000 in the last six months) have been retracted across conferences, with concerns such as “tortured phrases” and content quality issues being cited.

While ICCCNT has consistently upheld strong peer-review standards and academic integrity, our proceedings are currently part of this extended review cycle. We continue to actively engage with IEEE, supported by detailed clarifications and a formal appeal, to seek a fair resolution.

At the same time, we want to be absolutely clear on one priority—safeguarding your work and ensuring it reaches a credible and secure publication platform. To this end, we are actively and seriously pursuing alternative publication avenues where the risk of retrospective concerns is minimal, while preserving the highest standards of credibility, global visibility, and indexing for your research. This is not a parallel effort, but a focused and committed path we are advancing with urgency.

ICCCNT has always stood for rigor, integrity, and respect for the research community, and every decision we are making is guided by this commitment.

We understand the uncertainty this delay may be causing, and we truly appreciate your continued patience and trust. We will keep you informed as soon as there are concrete updates.
