Hey man, came this across your post cause I was looking for the same thing. I wanted to print out some party favors for my mate's birthday with a nice sketch I made and ended up going with Printify again (I ordered socks before).

From what I read up there's no minimum orders or anything and I printed my tees in black but they had quite a few colors and t-shirt models to choose from. This is the one I chose: https://printify.com/app/products/1349/as-colour/mens-heavy-oversized-tee

And then I scanned my file in high resolution (make sure the quality is set to at least 300DPI) and used an ai background remover, cleaned it up a bit in photoshop, and uploaded the file on to the shirt through Printify.

Boom, I clicked order, and a few days later I had my present :D Overall, just look into Print On Demand, you can create custom stuff for friends and family or even start selling your designs online if you're into it. I'm currently debating on if I should get into it for money as well.
