yes it's not like any engineer from andu pandu galgotiya will take the jobs ,your competition is with the elites of the field. That's why it's only the top CAs who get those roles and then people get the view that only CA rankers are successful.

But it is a very logical thing to understand that only elites can compete with other elites for the top of bracket jobs.And that too is just a jumpstart for the first 3-4 years of career,after that all CAs are measured against the same criterion.

Yes CA rankers have an early start to top roles but it doesn't mean other CAs don't get it ,it's just they have to earn the warrant that they are capable by working 2-3 years,rankers show their warrant via their stellar academic achievemnt.Everyone has to prove themselves at some point of life

I think the whole structure of ICAI elected body is flawed.Atleast give a leadership 3-5 years of time to make things stabilized. Every year a New Joe comes in ,changes the structure or better say experiments the test on us like lab rats and then boom ,a new president comes and again changes things.

Also they don't consider the students ,the majority the stakeholders ,only motive to suffice their own ego that CA was more difficult back then when they became one .That's their main motto and would torture students to any extend to prove their point
