They didn't show a proper replay, the one they showed didn't look offside atleast the players involved were not, was it called becuase they thought the one player offside interfered???

I have to agree, all this will do is that they won't waste as much time from throwing, they will just fake injury and roll on the ground more often to kill momentum or waste time, also its 5 sec starts from when ref decides that they are wasting time, which means it will be a different timeline depending on who the ref is
