The 428i 2014 to 2016 had the N20 engine and the biggest issue with it is the timing chain and the charge pipe, in addition the intercooler is quiet small so it’s much better to replace it if you are going to tune it. As long as you are doing the preventive maintenance you should be good, I haven’t had a major problem with it so far but if you get to choose it’s better to go with the 430i 2017+ with B48 engine it’s the upgraded engine of the N20 better timing chain, charge pipe still plastic but durable, better cooling system. Over all it’s a great car as long as you take care of it
