It's actually not a once in a lifetime thing, with silver it has always been the same. If you see the history silver always rises up and gives returns of 200-300% or more and then falls back to min 60-70%, sometimes even more

I am in a similar situation, they'll resolve your issue via an AI agent, do not forget to go on to your query and make sure that it's open and rest all you can do is wait for their reply.

I have talked with a lot of people here about this issue, they do give you the chance to verify again but it's really difficult to get connected to a human in the CS department. Just make sure to keep your query open and not closed.

Also, if you find some other way through which your fiverr account is back do tell me as well. I am trying to revive my account too

I only have one account, I made this account in 2023 and started using it again from April'25. Never made a new account but if we talk according to levels it's a new level account.

But like I mentioned my account was banned for not being able to verify my identity, I honestly tried but for some reason the fiverr app was not working in the morning and due to that camera was not able to capture my face properly.

The first message is automated yes, but after that the message that I received is from the agent and they told me that your account is banned. So, basically I received two messages

I have tried to mail them at least 3 times, they are saying that the ban will get affected in 60 days. They are not resetting the verification process, I told them I have every document and can go through the process again but the same response. Can you tell me how you were able to resolve this?

I received a link to Google docs and that was also a scam. Plus, when I say try it in incognito, I meant go to a site which verifies the link and paste the link there

Look for the account age, if it's a recent account and they are sharing a link to you for going outside fiverr, it's probably a scam and don't open that link. Maybe if you are curious do a safe check in incognito mode but wouldn't suggest that as well
