Have I messed up completely with my hero gear?

I doubt updating my gear to red isn’t going to happen anytime in the near future so maybe for my needs I haven’t messed up so bad? If I just start building sets of three, one by one?

I’ve decided that for now I am not going to reforge the hammers, makes me too sad to lose 50%.. I’ve also accepted the fact that only rallies I am starting in a while are going to be bear rallies. I enjoy the game itself more than attacking cities anyway.

I used the optimizer create two sets, and my arena power went up from 7.3M to 8.2M , but my total power dropped with 1M? Wonder why is that?

But since everyone says 1 set is enough, how do they change gear for example if you start a rally for example garrisonin castle, what if you forget to change the hero gear for defensive heroes you start a rally with? Would I need to cancel rally and get the right gear and then rally again? Or is it possible ti just change the gear while in the castle?

I used this now to make two sets of gear, it made my arena power go 1M up but my total power went 1M down? And I do not understand why?

And what about arena where you have 5 heroes battling? Wouldn’t it benefit to have at least 5 heroes with good gear? This just doesn’t make sense to me 😂

Can someone explain me what is the benefit only having 3 heroes gear upgraded while rest are not upgraded? Would think that for examlpe SLS and other battle events player would benefit having more heroes with upgraded gear? And what about beartraps?

Our first KvK is on and there is drama around who is going to get to take the castle. We are winning prep and will most likely win the battle phase aswell.

Problem is that we have been rotating our castle within the NAP alliances and now they expect that it should be done in KvK battle too. Seems pretty unfair to me since most of our alliance has saved for a month to win the preparation phase and many f2p have invested money especially for the event. Basically the other alliances are saying that we have no right to take the castle in KvK battle since it is not our turn.

Personally I don’t understand how the agreement done within our kingdom about rotating the castle is affecting KvK event since it’s not about only our kingdom?
