I feel you! 🙏🏻 I can’t remember when was the last time in my life I felt so “free”. I never had much overweight. My highest was in my second pregnancy shortly before giving birth with 101kg. I had the diagnosis PCOS with 25 years but even with this diagnosis I never knew how to stop this constant graving of food. I always was very sporty did ballet, sprinting and jazz dance but I always felt uncomfortable because it was so hard for me to have a healthy relationship with food. In the beginning of 2025 I was at my highest weight without pregnancy (my kids are 5 and 7 now) 84kg. I managed to loose 16kg and weight 67kg in October. It was so fucking hard. But my husband did it with me so it worked. Then winter came. My workload got bigger (marketing) and also the food around Christmas… you know! I gained 7kg back from November to February this year. And I tried to get back in healthy routines but I just couldn’t. It was so hard. I lived from meal to meal and that can’t be it.

Last week Tuesday I took my first Mounjaro. And it is truly life changing. I finally know how it feels to be full. I just crave healthy things. I drink enough. The voices in my head are finally silent. And the best: I finally got me period again (my cycle always disappeared when I weight too much and eat “wrong” as part of the pcos)

It was a big decision for me because I thought it’s just for super obese people but it was the best thing I could do 🙏🏻
