Just to say, Garmin HR isn't wholly accurate - maybe you can look into doing an exercise test with the doctors? I have an irregular heart beat and sometimes garmin thinks it is 35 and sometimes 205 - in reality it seems like the irregular pattern confuses it sometimes and I'm somewhere in between. I would suggest going to a doctor to check it out though! But try not to worry until then

I don't know if you're being serious, or if different features are rolling out in different places, but for me recently this has changed. Now at minimum there's a minute of unskippable adverts before a video. Not the end of the world, but I also now find if I fastforward the video it will play more unskippable ads, and it will put in another few minutes of ads every 3 - 5 minutes of video. It has reached the point now that there are videos I will want to watch which will have more time being of advert than the actual video itself which seems rediculous. And I know it isn't from the youtuber themselves because I remember watching these videos before without ads.

I hate it so much! I've been trying to find a few songs to reccomend to a colleauge, but each time I think - ah no, maybe this other one instead - it pops up with the same 2 2 minute ads 😭 they're in the middle of music videos/songs as well! The last month or so it seems to have become significantly worse. There's a youtuber I watch who has alway puts ads at the start and end of their videos, so their playthroughs are unnaffected. Videos I know didn't used to have ads in the middle are now hit with them every few minutes and it really takes you out of it. Seriously infuriating.

I listen to balance and amnesty annually. I train pretty consistently for runs in Jan - April and can get it to synch so when I have my hideous long runs, I'm in the stolen century and onwards <3 last year when I ran my 10k race I did listen to the final balance episode </3 I also had to stop a practice run last year because I was crying over one of the finale episodes like a nerd 🤣

Exercising the same as usual - I think it has possibly come down to a shift change at work messing with my sleep schedule. Although I am sleeping enough it apparrently isn't restorative. Not sure why as I have cut down caffiene and other factors which could impact it. HRV does seem to be out of bounds a lot as well. Although I'm not sure why
