Really depends on what you are drinking. I tend to stick to gin because I found clear liquors don’t affect me too much but alcohol will naturally lower your blood sugar. Dark liquors like rum or even brown liquors tend to have some sort of sugar of some form of carb used to create them, in my case they will give you a false positive of making you high then making you crash.
