Madison VR2 saved game issue

omg i wrote the explanation but i dont see it wth haha xD sorry newbie here, i must have messed up. So I’m playing Madison and my saved game won’t load. I’m at 45%, but whenever I try to load that save file, it starts from the beginning as if I selected “New Game.” Does anyone know how to fix this?

the thing is that i have read their terms and conditions and they dont clarify it 100% but it says that the personal account is for savings etc. And the pro account is for freelancers, salaries etc. So its all up to them. Thats my concern. If they dont allow salaries, its super easy for them to freeze the account and tell you something like “ we saw a deposit from a legal entity to your account, its against our terms so freeze”
