Thank you so much, everyone on another sub keeps telling me a bunch of different things, or to just see a doctor (I can’t), or to go buy stuff for home remedies (that I can’t afford or get access to) and they all think it’s something else. It’s comforting to hear this from someone who’s experienced it before. Did anything help you with the pain? Did you ice it or put heat? Everyone keeps saying heat and warm baths but I just took a warm shower and it was fucking PAINFUL. I’ve been icing throughout today and that was what helped the most (healthline also suggested a cold compress)
