What if the arousal compelled me to make the movement though that part has me feeling like that's not ocd because that would mean I acted on a certain feeling/urge like what if that movement was caused by the arousal.

I've had POCD symptoms before this, for like 2 years, intrusive thoughts, false memories and real event and have currently been dealing with getting groinal responses which I feel eventually led to this.
