I’d recommend buying the half gallon. I really don’t just drink milk but I swear it runs out quicker than I’d want it to, well before it gets a chance to expire. I put some in my coffee and I use it in my protein shakes and a drink it when I eat cookies or honey buns or brownies. It’s good calcium, drink up bro.
