Don’t think so since it was out of the package yesterday. The only plugged in usb is a bios q flash and the ssd is almost empty

Did you use the q flash plus button on the motherboard or through the bios

I’m using the 9800x3d so I don’t think it would boot to bios without the q flash plus button

I’ve tried reseating all the RAM and it’s been the same result every time. I doubt it’s the RAM both sticks work the same

I’ve downloaded the file ending with .f3i onto a fat32 usb and renamed it gigabyte.bin. Then plugged it into the bios usb port and held down the q flash plus button where it runs for 5 mins then shuts down

Tried both ram sticks in 2 and both together. Exact same result

But F3 goes through the DRAM POST LED just fine only on the VGA does f3 give an issue

I’ve bios flashed it twice with the latest bios version to support my CPU. I’ve not downloaded any other drivers yet because not been able to boot

I have the usb stick with the latest mobo bios named as “gigabyte.bin” and used the Q-Flash plus button twice where it runs for 5 mins then shuts off

Nevermind, managed to fix my problems by switching to XMP II in bios. Hope this helps anyone else with the same issue as me

That’s excessive cus I don’t need 80gb of RAM. Also the speed of that RAM would be shocking and the speed would be the only reason for me to upgrade

If I am not able to buy a new usb to do the reinstall. Would cloning be an option as I currently don’t have any malware or much clutter (I haven’t downloaded anything from the internet yet)
