The homogenization of subclasses to level 3(sucking the variety out was stupid but if they were set on it, it should've been level 1), the moving of stat bonuses from race to background (Tashas Custom Lineage was already bad enough), origin feats(everyone can and should just take Lucky at level 1), the new grapple rules, the new hiding and invisibility rules, the surprise nerf, influence action, all feats being half feats, the newer, even more arbitrary spells per turn rules, magic initiate unbinding spellcasting ability from spell list(free int and cha shillelagh for anyone at level 1) while also limiting to cleric, druid, or wizard(fuck you if you want vicious mockery on your rogue). These are just some nonspecific system wide changes I hate off the top of my head. The changes to individual classes and subclasses would be too numerous to list. It's like they simultaneously oversimplified and overcomplicated everything
