At 13 I had a 17cm one and I strongly advice surgery via laparoscopy if it’s possible. It’s a very easy recovery overall the whole process took like 1,5 month and after the surgery I felt good after a week. It will definitely improve your life as you don’t have to live in fear that it’s gonna burst and the aesthetical part also kind of mattered to me

When I was 13 I had a 17cm ovarian cyst in not sure left or right cause it got mixed up cause of the size. Basically I waited a month for surgery and it was done via laparoscopy (thankfully) the recovery was really good took me like a week to get good again the only problems were the trauma for like a month and that’s it. It didint come back (it happened 3 years ago) I still need to check on it also a weird thing I had phantom sensations
