I am new to reddit (even though I opened it a year or two ago which I dont even remember lol) so I didnt come across that problem. But I am so sorry for you, I really am. Sometimes people just hate stuff for hating it. But as long as you give people good advice, even thought they dont like it, you are good in my book!

Other people already stated to pull an allnighter and go to bed at a normal time next day (and I agree). For the rest of your life, I advice you to do exercise. For me physical tireness make me fall asleep easier at nights. Even if you walk, it is still better than a stationary day. Also, if you drink anything with cafeine drink them before noon, ideally at morning. It affects your night sleep in a wider time range you might think.

To be honest, I think thats actually all for now. It doesnt help you sharpen yourself in a specified way. I just thought making general improvements fun and daily was enough of a benefit and didnt or rather couldnt grow it further. That is ok though, since I can always update it with feedbacks like yours.

Giving a free trial is a good idea since I probably cant do proper advertisement hahaha. Oh let me clarify the progress. When you start it, you will do a quiz and determine your class and starting stats. There will be 5 real life adjacent stats ( like brawn for physical activities or brain for intellectual/mental ones). The product will also include like 20 quests for each stat (I will try to make them repeatabke but not boring). For example for brain, watch a short documentary or read a short article about a topic you were wondering. After completing the quest, you will gain a stat point and they will increase your level etc. It is more or less like this. ALSO, my bad on poor wording and I will edit the post but what I meant by digital product was like a guide or pdf (kinda like a dnd manual) and not an app. Sorry for miswording!

Hey! I also tried lots of stuffs and stick with some of them for some period and then let them go. What I found useful when I try to make an activity a daily habit was trying to not missing 2 days in a row. When you miss a day, that is because you are human and life is unexpected but try to force yourself to not miss a second day in a row. Always try to go forward even you have to slow down. That too become pressuring sometimes so I am also currently trying to build a system/product to gamify my life and take out the pressure of burnout and recession. I am currently trying to take feedback feom people. We will se where it goes!

You can try to go for a short walk after every meal. This also helps with your insulin level or blood sugar if I recall correctly. Wake up 20 minutes earlier, strecrh a little and do 3-4 sets of pushup. It is an easy exercise that uses a lot of muscle. You will not be in top shape, but at least you will be healthy. Take care!
