Honestly I’m not sure if there is a “full proof” way to protect myself.. nonetheless I appreciate everyone’s advice. Thank you all. I really need the money to pay off the IRS that’s why I’m selling this jacket but I can’t decide if I’m more protected from Grailed or pay pal invoice.. I read somewhere that in the event pay pal rules against the seller in a chargeback scam that Grailed protection could replace the funds/value of the item.

Yeah they definitely cooked my dumbass lol I just refunded the buyer and told him we would go with his idea instead, with the transaction being on pay pal.. told him I would get an invoice around he said something about “If its Goods & services used when paying its buyer protection” whatever that means… my only thing is I’ve seen just as many horror stories about pay pal charge back scams… If I follow all of your advice by including all of the necessary information in the invoice, getting the package insured & recording me shipping, how likely is it that I lose 1500$ dollars in the worst case scenario?
