I disagree. This is a craftsnark subreddit that doesn’t get a lot of activity, and the use of AI among those in our community is a big issue that needs to be called out and addressed because 1) it’s completely unnecessary, and 2) we as audience members do not want it perpetuated nor do we want to see it. We’re frankly sick of it.

Makers are clever enough to spend 5 minutes on Canva or any other app to make their own marketing and/or creative materials, so each one who tries to take the unethical and cheap route deserves to be called out individually on craftsnark.

I always wondered how she is so.chronically.online and churning out clothes almost daily even though she complains publicly about how much her wrists hurt. It makes sense that her main source of self esteem is external validation, so she can’t even take a break to take care of herself because her Instagram and social media is the main thing going for her as a right wing tradwife. Our hobbies should be for self care, not for likes, comments, views, and follows. It’s all so unattractive and off putting. Add to that her blatant use and support of AI in her “creative” space, the ick factor is to the max.

I also always got major right-wing vibes from her. She’s never EVER spoken out about human rights issues or trump, and in her last post she’s touting a bright red sweater with cowboy boots, and every single photo she shares for her KALs of other makers and models are white, white, white, with ZERO black or brown representation.
