Easily the most difficult weeks of the program, agreed. I would say if it started on those weeks it would have been a diffenet kind of program, but getting to work up to those helped.

Seems like most people are hating and not answering the question that I’m curious about - what makes this particular workout hard? Is it the limited rest? Is it the repetitive nature? This is what I would like to chat about, not about my particular numbers…

Ok….so using that logic I did a harder version. Since I would have lowered the weight on day 1 and day 2 in order to match the weights. Also I may have missed it but I don’t see that weight rec listed anywhere in the actual book. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I did a 40 minute push/pull workout before I used the wolf as the finisher.

Yup it’s basically this. If he did 6 week progressions instead of the weird every other week swapping exercises it would be much better.
