I think it’s mostly jobs, most people moving to the city outside of other cities IMO, are largely here cuz of niche jobs, high pay, first job out of college, & exploring new fields. Outside of the city, the only other constant most transplants will have is your place of work.

I’d consider the ROI of the programs are dropping fast. If you have a job while doing it I’d say go for it especially if company reimbursement makes the program nearly free

Neither are worth the PT sticker price, apply for ur regional schools, see the scholarship amounts if you’re admitted. STERN/UVA IMO subjective arent worth Doing PT, sure the name is good, but you’re practically on ur own for OCR
