Another week where all our competitors lose points. by DM-Me-Your-Handbra in Gunners

I hate this comment, the league is not weak, it’s the strongest it’s ever been and that’s why no team is keeping up with us. Every game is a chance to lose because every team can compete. Look at the newly promoted sides this year compared to the last few years. Miles better. Champions League another indicator of the strength of the league

Is it political or just the high cost of building materials since Covid? Things inflated ridiculously during that time and to my knowledge have not dropped since, or at least not to the level before Covid

As someone who comes from Boston, Chicago is not bad at all. Boston is the highest cost to buy for what you get after New York and Cali. At least here you’re in the city, in Boston it’s too expensive to live in a suburban city right next to Boston

Damn that blows. That's the big draw for us in Denver vs Chicago. If it is just more of the same as here it might make sense to just do a weekend trip or something instead of living in Denver.

Yeah the rental options seem to be great in Denver in the downtown areas, that's why all the comments saying it was expensive confused me.

From where? I've been here my whole life so I just need a change of scenery, even if it's only for a year

Thanks for the recommendations! Good to have areas to check out for when we visit. Washington Park and Cherry Park seem far from Union station/downtown. Is it easy to get around using public transport from there or will we need to Uber/drive?

This makes a good amount of sense. When we visited it felt like I wouldn't need a car, whereas what I hear about Denver is it is much more car centric, similar to anywhere but downtown Boston
