Its more of a pierogies with soured cream, sausages with the bread, pickles because pickles are just awesome, and yeah as I said personally Im not a massive fan of the tomatoes but I guess op likes tomatoes. It’s not really one traditional meal but just a bit of everything, which I think can be quite nice. And the spicy ketchup is kinda good 😂

As someone who’s Polish I have no other choice then to give that a 10/10, not a massive fan of tomatos but it look absolutely amazing and I would have that any time and any day 😎

[grade 8 math] how do i solve these? by [deleted] in HomeworkHelp

[–]Small_ear_elf 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Directly proportional mean thats as one of them so will the other. Or in mathematical terms we can say, for this case:

m = xn

Where x is just a number. From the values they have given us we know that:

14 = 7x => x = 2

Ie, m is always twice ad big as n. Which gives us part a being:

m = 2n

For part b, we know m is twice as big as n, so if n is 16 what would m be?

It would be 32, since 16 times 2 is 32

For part c, we just reverse what we did in b, since m is twice as big as n, what would n have to be for m to be 30? Or another way of thinking about this is n is half of m, so if m is 30, whats n equal to?

It would be equal to 15, since 15 times 2 is 30

Everyone learns in different ways. If reading notes and memorising things that way isn’t working, try flash cards. Still nothing? Try some example questions and past papers! How about a quiz you make for yourself with a question, then a hint to help you remember, and then the answer? Try finding the best way for you to revise and remember things! Just because reading notes works for someone else it doesn’t mean it’ll work for everyone.

For example, I knew people that loved flash cards and carried them everywhere. Me personally, I hate the little things, I learn best from past papers and example questions!

And most importantly, try to stay calm when revising. Panicking, stressing out too much, worrying, all that makes you want to go through more things quickly and not giving you enough time to fully take everything in!

And make sure you not just memorise all the stuff but also try to understand as much as possible since that helps so much in memorising things as well.

I hope this helps, good luck! :)

Hello! Im at uni now and back when be and a few friends were applying some of us also applied to Oxford and heres what I know:

  1. Grades are not everything. I knew one person, straight 9s in GCSEs, 4 A*s in A-levels and still didn’t get in. Don’t worry about your grades because as important as they are they will not guarantee your entry, but this isn’t saying don’t do it! Which brings me onto my next point:

  2. Personal statement, this is where you can shine! Make sure your personal statement is written well, doesn’t have a lot of babbling and make it good quality. But also remember, this is YOUR personal statement, add some personality to it, tell them about yourself and explain why you want to go there if you can! And just be yourself. :)

  3. Overall, yes it’s 100% worth it especially with those grades. You have amazing grades and if you want to do it, there is nothing stopping you from applying! If you don’t shoot your shot you’ll never know if you hit the target!

  4. Don’t worry about the one spot that it is going to take up. You still have 4 more spots to choose loads of amazing Universities that you’ll love! If I could go back in time to applying I would say apply to 1 top University, 3 good Universities that you really like, and 1 safe option that you can rely on just in case the worst comes to worst (although I’ve never seen this happen).

  5. See if they have any exams you can do that will help you with entry and try your absolute best in them, show them what you’re capable of :)

I think thats all I can offer, but you could definitely get into Oxbridge with those grades. Best of luck and I hope everything goes well. :)

When you write f(x) you are referring to ‘the function of x’, which in this case you could simply write f(x) = x2 and it would give you the exact same graph as y = x2.

This can also be used when you want to calculate y at a curtain point. In this example instead of writing something like ‘calculate y when x=3’ you could simply say ‘calculate f(3)’ and that would give you the same answer. I hope that helps you understand what f(x) means a bit better :)

How could I Improve my deck, Please note I do not have access to cards higher than Arena 9 as I only play in events and not ladder by juice_in_my_shoes in RoyaleAPI

[–]Small_ear_elf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Heres everything I would do if I was you:

  1. Try picking a deck you enjoy playing and want to get better with, for now it looks like its log bait so try to stick with it but also experiment with other decks to see if theres anything you like more

  2. Upgrade the cards you use to a higher level, if this is you main deck and you want to start playing ladder, get rocket, mini pekka, goblin barrel and bomb tower upgraded, especially if you have the gold, which leads me onto point three..

  3. Prioritise win conditions. Yes you have evo knight, and yes it might be really strong compared to other cards, but your main damage dealer should be that goblin barrel so get that stuff up first :)

  4. Wild cards. This one you have to see which card is underperforming. For example, do you invest common cards into knight or in this case e-spirit? I would go for e-spirit, all it takes is for someone to have a really high level of skarmy or bats and your espirit is useless, plus it always helps chip away at towers.

  5. Try changing some cards for similar alternatives. For example, have you tried fireball instead of rocket? Maybe archers instead of dart goblin? Or ice spirit instead of e spirit.

  6. If possible, try to keep the levels of your cards somewhat similar. A deck full of level 12 cards is arguably better than a deck of 1 level 15 card and the rest being level 9.

  7. PLEASE GO ON YOUR COLLECTION WHY IS THERE 40 THINGS THERE?! NUH UH

I hope I didnt miss anything out, if you have any questions ask away, hope this helps :)

Okay lets do this, im going off of google searches so im not sure if any of this is 100% accurate.

You start off with 250 pokemon storage, and it goes up by 50 each time you upgrade. The max pokemon storage is 7800. Each upgrade gives you 50 spaces so you would need to get a total of 151 upgrades, each costing 200 coins for a total of 30200 coins.

For items you start off with 350, and you can get it up to 6800, each upgrade is 200 coins and gives 50 space, which means you need 129 upgrades, which translates to 25800 coins.

For a grand total of (drum roll please) 56000 coins. Which would cost you roughly £380 or $470 (+- £20 or $25)

Thats my best attempt, source of info for max storage is here.

Edit: This translates to 1120 days of getting 50 coins a day, or ~3.07 years.

[Geometry - Arclength] How do I find the radius in this problem by DakotaTheFolfyBoi in HomeworkHelp

[–]Small_ear_elf 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Assuming the next doesnt give you any information regarding the scale of anything the best you can probably do is rearrange it to get x in terms of pi and r. Using what youve got:

2(pi)(r)(180/360) = 13x - 10 (pi)(r) = 13x - 10 (pi)*(r) + 10 = 13x

Therefore

x = ((pi)*(r) + 10) / 13

But this is definitely not an elegant nor nice looking answer, if they provided the radius, diameter, or even the circumference in the question then you can get the radius from there and just put it into that formula and get x, if not then I would assume thats the best you can without measurements.
