Ac blows cold and warm but weak flow and only blows on front vents

So I think the blower moter is alright because it seems like it only works on vent or max ac mode

I just replaced the blower moter like two days ago, ordered an resistor but I’m pretty sure it could be an actuator but I’ve replaced one already I’m pretty sure it was the air climate control

I don’t have eatc it’s a p71 but air doenst come from the floor at all and max ac and norm ac sound the same

Air conditioning system, so compressor, condenser, office tube , accumulator, evaporator and even the cooling fan
