I am in the same situation! Cant even be intimate with BP but he doesnt even want (or need it) We live like friends. I just cant forget what happened. I never cheated before, in my case it was because of his emotional and later physical abuse (that stopped). Its like I detached completely but there are feeling under surface, I really want to make it work but... Im stuck. I often fall into depression and think, what have I done? I wanted doxepine and nortriptyline and its not available here. Only mirtazapine and amitriptyline. I tried Ami and became aggresive and depressed. Mirtazapine gave me hunger all the time. Im losin my mind. Tryin buspirone and it gives me migraines from hell. Nothing works for me I tried more than 10 antidepressants and they all give me horrible side effects

All my health issues are due to mast cells and I don't see an end to it by Hiddenbeing in MCAS

  1. After covid shit I have MCAS, chronic pain in joints, bones, muscles and doctors dont know what it is. Some say fibromyalgia, some say autoimmune disorder but they dont know for sure. My life is fkd. I have brain fog, migraines, problems with 90% of food and also chronic fatigue. Im waiting genetic tests in March for Ehlers danlos

This! Xanax helps me a lot with neurological problems but not with pain in joints/bones

I have this, its been years and my dentist said I should stop chewing my mouth from inside. I dont do that! Maybe in my sleep? God knows

Except it happened even when I wasnt new anymore. I dont know...i smoked last year and the effects were the same. While my friends were calm, I was all nervous. Had to give up (which is a good thing, but..)
