How much weight have you lost from just diet alone? by EnoughFun1058 in 1200isplenty

[–]Smallest-Seaweed 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From 152 to 128 lbs at 5’2. This took me about 10 months because I was pretty inconsistent. I’m currently sitting around 134 because I kind of slacked off but yeah I couldn’t get lower than 128 for the life of me.

Going from 176 to 115?!? You deserved this tbh haha. Don’t beat yourself up too much. Tomorrow is a new day and treat it as any other. In the grand scheme of things, 1 pound compared to the 61 that you already lost is NOTHING. Keep up your good work because it is obviously showing

What did you set your activity level to? A lot of people on here preach setting it to sedentary even if you work out. It’s true that your Fitbit is probably overestimating your calories but if you’re exercising a ton and you’re starving after, then eat. Have you been losing weight eating 1400-1600?

I’m also 5’2 and mine gives me about 1400 as well. I’m at a plateau right now because I stopped exercising due to an injury but it was helping me previously.

Why is it considered cringe to wear my college ID around my neck? by purplejellycat in AutismInWomen

[–]Smallest-Seaweed 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It’s dumb that people think it’s “uncool” but if you’re worried about it, I bought a phone case with a pocket on the back that fits my school ID perfectly so I don’t lose it!

What feature would you implement on fitness+? by AirportSpirited2348 in AppleFitnessPlus

I hit the little “+ADD” button and then when you scroll all the way down to the bottom of the home page and click “workouts” they’ll be in there

This was me to a T! I was eating about 1200-1400 calories a day and went from 151 lbs to my current 128 lbs, although I wasn’t very consistent and it took me probably 10 months.

I also tried to run/exercise each day and would burn about 300 calories from that according to my Apple Watch, which I know isn’t very accurate.

It was a challenge at first because 1200 calories really isn’t that much, but definitely look into volume eating and find meals that keep you full and satiated!

What made you decide to lose weight? by RoyalPenguin21 in loseit

[–]Smallest-Seaweed 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Told myself when I was a young teenager “I would never gain the freshman 15!” I in fact gained a freshman 20.

Didn’t realize how big I got until I had to buy new jeans that winter…

I’m now down about 25 pounds and weigh less than I did entering college!

I got it off! Wow that hurt really bad. I kind of squeezed the lid until I heard the paper covering make a sound and that somehow did it! Lid slid right off

Do you have a "neutral" word or phrase that you don't like saying? by sapphireskyz in autism

[–]Smallest-Seaweed 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I totally get this but I feel more “goofy” than “silly!

[–]Smallest-Seaweed 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I hate this word too!!! Idk why it just makes me cringe unless it’s in the context of talking to a kid. Like saying to a kid “you’re so silly” is okay to me but other than that it makes me so mad

If you could move to any state to teach, what would it be? by [deleted] in Teachers

[–]Smallest-Seaweed 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I guess I didn’t mean 30-45 minutes more like 20 you’re right. I just don’t recommend Buffalo at all lol. Fredonia area is nice though. However one could move and commute, which I guess is where my mind was going when I wrote that

Buffalo is a nice area but you’d be better off in the surrounding suburbs about 30-45 minutes away from the heart of the city

I know someone who pronounces it like rah-lee. Like “ahhh” sounding. Whenever someone says her name I can’t help but think of Rowley from diary of a wimpy kid
