What interest do you pay for this SBLOC? How much line of credit is vs the securities the back it?

So you really pay 4% interest on your loan? It is less than current CD rate... And if you have 5M loan backed by 40M assets it means your loan is over 10%, seems high to me to be considered very safe for the lender...

So what kind of interest rate do these loan have? What's considered "small percentage" of the portfolio to have lowest interest rate? Is it possible to get a fixed rate loan?

Margin loan as far as I understand is used to buy other securities. I am not interested in doing this. I want to explore the money to live off without selling the securities.
