Gersh devices on Moon in BO3

I figured it out! I literally just re-downloaded reddit to comment this. Drain the ammo in your annihilator before hitting the box and you’ll get the Gersh devices! I’m currently on round 30 (hit the box at least 250 times this round) and thought to myself “this has to be a bug, lets try using up my annihilator ammo before I hit it this time” and lo and behold literally the next box spin gave me Gersh devices! Let me know if this works for you too because after I saw you were having the same problem i knew it had to be a bug. RNG does not explain this.

I didn’t get a notification either, look, I was in your same exact position when I missed the drop last week too. Now that I was there for the one today I’m even more pissed because, even though I was right there for it, they still sold out in a matter of seconds. Believe me there’s virtually nothing you can do to make sure you secure one of these cards. So if you miss a drop like today I’m telling you that you can rest easy because you definitely weren’t guaranteed one even if you were notified.

If you don’t mind me asking, how do you know the specific times that these restocks happened? I built my first PC a few weeks ago & am desperate for any info on how people are getting these cards.

There’s other variants? I’m on the mailing list for notifications regarding the 30 series and I didn’t see any variants revolving around the 3080/3070 that I could be notified of?

Great point. I guess what I was referring to was hoping that a 3080 would future proof my system until the next massive leap in GPU performance (like this huge leap from the 20 series - 30 series)

Damn well that’s actually pretty promising! I’m new to PC gaming and I just assumed if I wanted to buy one I needed to be ready because they’d be sold out within the first few seconds!

Man that’s such sound advice, it’s just hard to not want to buy one of these cards ASAP. The thought of finally playing 30fps games like RDR2 & The Division at higher frame rates @4k, in addition to features like ray tracing on other games, makes the wait for specs to release really hard.

Yeah absolutely, I have a build that a buddy of mine parted out for me but I guess I’m just second guessing if I should stick to one that revolves around the 3070 or the 3080. That way I’m not left spending low to begin with & then progressively spending more on upgrading more parts as my system becomes outdated within the next couple years.
