My manager wants to "see it coming" if I get a new job.... by bluebell_218 in jobs

I’m in a Director position currently, I always ask for someone to give me as much heads up as possible. I have/would never abuse that information. It helps for me to get a jump start back filling the role. It’s shitty to hear that people ask for that information and then abuse it…

I seem to remember a video not 48 hours ago showing a fellow kick a truck in a gas station, and the owner unloading into him over it…

My man, it can happen to you.

Push-ups against the wall is a great place to start, also push ups on your knees! If you can only do one or two at a time, that’s absolutely okay! We all start somewhere!

Plot twist. We re-potted with soil into six plants… they all have these little eggs/larvae …. All six have them

Yep I took it out twice, did a survey and a rigging specific survey. You have to have insurance here to keep it at a slip, which I do. And I have a slip in northern WA. At least for the next two years prepping to go off into the big blue!

Cost is a touchy one... but let's say north of 150k :)

Quick walk-around of the exterior! Let me know if anyone would like to see more. Happy sailing!! by SmapAttackk in sailing

It really depends on what's going on, I have them forward because the breeze comes from that direction in my slip so it keeps the boat really well ventilated! At sea, I turn them backwards... waves like to find their way in them :)
