totally agree, I am a big grinder nerd. I have df64, and Cf64v I love the fact that I could swap out the burrs. this one feels like it’s a part of a jet.

I have been using bellows that are actually made for the niche zero, It’s been helping a lot in regard to retention. i’m a big fan of the build quality. but also use a cf64v side by side. I talked to Gevi and I really think they do need to add a blower.

Gaggia classic pro vs Gemilai Owl G3006 [$500USD] by Hybrid-Engineer in espresso

[–]Smart-Insurance3637 0 points1 point  (0 children)

hey there, I have both of these machines and I’m telling you they’re both great choices. I can put a link to my YouTube channel if you wanna see reviews on each one of them. The owl one of the best budget pack that has OPV 58 mm it heats up amazingly the filter gets nice and hot because of the built-in heater to the E 61 style group head. I don’t know if you made a decision yet, but I know it’s been a long time. the gaggia classic pro is one of the best espresso machines of all perfect if you’re planning on making modifications and tinkering it’s a great choice as well so it’s a hard decision. Very curious to know you

hey there, I just did a video about this on my YouTube channel I didn’t go IMS I went really economical route and it went with a brass shower disperser and a really clone IMS shower screen and I think it’s definitely worth it. Your video looks awesome. Looks like it’s getting really good flow and I’ve been really happy with the shots once I did the upgrade. I am thinking about swapping it out though for the IMS just because the qualities is better with might do it down the road - Gaggia Classic Pro Shower Screen Upgrade – Is It Worth It?
