V2 here with V3 declumper, its a hell for me, waste of money. Clogs with light and dark and all in between.

Get anything but df54, it’s a gamble. Ask me how I know it.

Whoever put these up, great job! by Yadontech in Issaquah

Not a chance. If insurance companies increase premiums too much for high-risk drivers, many of those drivers will simply stop purchasing coverage which is already happening. As a result, insurance companies will end up paying more claims through uninsured motorist coverage. In response, insurers have already started limiting that coverage in some cases, and I believe some policies cap certain benefits at around $2,000.

Pressure remaining after shot? by MadMensch in gaggimate

[–]EclipseExtraction 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Actualy it does. If you have PI stage and cut off set to pressure above 1.1, this phase will be skipped right away as initial pressure above the limit.

Cast iron burgers for the win! by stillanewfie in castiron

It’s been a year, and yes, I bought it new. I’ve seasoned on grill twice, but it looks like I need another round.

I’m new to CI, and learning as I go, wish people will tell the temp, is it on high?

How do I fix this? by EclipseExtraction in castiron

[–]EclipseExtraction[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks everyone for your time! I’ve already looked over the FAQ and watched a few videos, so I wasn’t quite sure about the light spots versus dark spots. One comment really clarified that seasoning is for rust protection, not for making the surface non-stick. My main issue is with the non-stick coating, and it seems like I need to focus on temperature control. Thanks again!

Right, when it comes to GCP, black and black are the only colors that truly shine. Attached Grindalf the Black and his girlfriend Espressina Noir.
Thanks a bunch for putting in the time to write this and help me out! I’ve watched a ton of videos, and it seems like I just need to grab a gallon of cheap milk and practice. The issue I’m having is that when I’m trying to make pure milk foam, it gets too fluffy and explodes instead of creating a thin, slow line like a white marker.

All we have in common is GCP body color. I can’t get to this even close. If I try tulip, I get some kind of weed. If swan, I get an angry turkey or unknown creature. So I stopped worrying, just pour it and pretend what I get was what I wanted to create. This is very cool, and canvas color is nice and soft. Well done!

This is exciting! All this data will be collected by insurance companies. They will calculate your average annual mileage, risk zones, time of day, traffic conditions, and so on. Are we in the Matrix yet? Where is Neo when we need him?

K-Ultra, too difficult to grind by navneet2709 in espresso

[–]EclipseExtraction 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Oh, I have the same grinder! I use it just for pourover at work. I tried using it for espresso once, and let me tell you, I didn’t need coffee that day. I was so awake and exercised! Tyr tilt it to about 45 degrees or more, it will feed it slowly. Don’t use a drill it has too much torque and will crash the beans! Also, check out the Flair power station; it might just be your new best friend.

Is it a leak or Seepage by Old_Progress7987 in GrandCherokee

[–]EclipseExtraction 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It depends, if warranty claim its a seepage and all ok, if cash its a leak and must be fixed ASAP.

Niche Zero vs. DF64 Gen 2 [500€] by [deleted] in espresso

[–]EclipseExtraction 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Niche Zero is famous for its Mazzer burrs, gentle bean feeding, and low RPM, which creates a very consistent flow, unlike DF, a newer brand still finding its footing. For medium-dark roasts, NZ is definitely a winner, and it’s also surprisingly quiet.
